Last updated: September 2026. This explains what Protech collects through this website, why, and how it's handled.

What we collect
When you use the enquiry form on our Contact page or the product quote forms, we ask for your name, phone number, email address, and whatever you write in the message/requirement field. If you message us via the WhatsApp buttons on this site, that conversation happens directly in WhatsApp and is subject to WhatsApp's own privacy policy, not this one.
We don't use cookies, analytics trackers, or advertising pixels on this site at the time of writing. If that changes (for example, if we add Google Analytics), this policy will be updated to say so before it happens.
Why we collect it
Solely to respond to your enquiry — to call, email, or WhatsApp you back about the product, service, or quote you asked for. We don't use it for anything else, and we don't sell, rent, or share it with third parties for their marketing purposes.
How long we keep it
We retain enquiry details for as long as reasonably needed to handle your request and any related follow-up (for example, a warranty or service history), and delete or anonymize it when it's no longer needed for that purpose.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, you have the right to ask what personal data we hold about you, request a correction, or request that it be deleted. To do either, contact us at protech.kyocera@gmail.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time.
Third-party links
This site links out to WhatsApp and embeds a Google Maps view. Both are operated by their respective companies under their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review.
