Quotes & pricing
Prices shown on this site (or quoted via WhatsApp, phone, or email) are estimates and are not a binding offer until confirmed in writing at the point of sale, rental agreement, or service booking. Final pricing depends on the exact model, configuration, taxes, and delivery/installation charges applicable at the time.
Sales & rentals
All equipment sold is genuine Kyocera hardware, covered by the manufacturer's standard warranty terms as applicable at the time of purchase. Rental terms (duration, deposit, and included support) are agreed individually per rental and confirmed before delivery.
Repairs & service visits
Service visit estimates are given after a technician has diagnosed the issue. Any cost beyond the initial estimate will be communicated for approval before work proceeds. Genuine spare parts are used for all authorized repairs.
Limitation of liability
Protech is not liable for indirect or consequential losses (such as lost business or data) arising from equipment downtime, to the extent permitted by applicable law. Nothing in these terms limits any right or remedy you have under Indian consumer protection law that cannot be excluded by agreement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Kolkata, West Bengal having jurisdiction over any dispute.
